I'm a graphic designer who's all about making the most with the least, in other words, making design work. I take a utilitarian approach to design, I think design should express a brand, and inform a viewer succinctly as possible. I'm all about making every inch of paper or screen work, and trimming the fat that doesn't work.
I'm especially fond of the art of form. I believe that shape expresses personality and character, it has a voice and a face. Therefore, it is emotional. I like expressing form through typeface design.
On the side, I play the piano, and mix cocktails. Beethoven's sonatas are my favorites, and I always love a good whiskey sour.
