Project Overview
Sun House is an imagined brand for a high end fitness center that emphasizes both physical and mental wellness. It needed a visual identity that feels high-end, but approachable and welcoming. I designed a custom typeface to reflect it’s image as a place of physical and mental healing.
When designing the brand typeface, Sun House Display, I aimed to create forms that feel tall and elegant, with gentle curves reminiscent of yoga poses. The name "Sun House" also evokes a place of enlightenment, where body and mind are elevated. The typeface subtly expresses sensuality, but maintains a sense of balance, fitting the brand perfectly.
